dedicated to improving the quality of life. We will provide the means
through which each member of our company, according to their ability and

BUSINESS
OUR BUSINESS SKILL AND
STRATEGY ARE NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVES. Our view of our business
is a long-term one; we are not interested in short term gains of any kind
if they threaten to jeopardize our objectives.
We are committed to
vigorous growth with strong earnings. Wherever possible, our growth will
be financed through re-investing our earnings. Provided that this is
consistent with responsible business practice, we are prepared to invest
near term earnings on long term growth.
Our main direction is
to become a major international supplier of advanced, high quality high
tech equipment and solutions guided by our marketing intelligence. As our
company grows, we expect to broaden this mandate but only with care and
responsibility.
CUSTOMERS
Our Customers control
our destiny. They have expressed to us their commitment and trust by
buying our products and services. We must do everything we can to return
this trust.
We will treat our
Customers with openness and honor as we ourselves would wish to be
treated. We will never obtain a short-term gain at the sacrifice of our
integrity.
We must ensure that our
Customers are successful in using our products.
In committing to our
products, they permanently secure our gratitude and return commitment.
We will always listen
to our Customers and, whatever they request; we will do everything that we
judge to be reasonable to try to gratify the request. On many occasions,
we may do more than we feel is reasonable to ensure that the Customer is
satisfied.
It is vital that we
listen to our Customers; in order to know how they perceive us and to
understand how better to satisfy them.
PEOPLE
Through the achievement
of Sydnic’s objectives, each individual will find personal fulfillment. We
are strongly committed to providing the necessary training or retraining,
so that each individual can expand their horizon according to their
ability and inclination.
We are committed to

Sydnic’s duty to its

QUALITY
Our aim is to build a
high quality company, in the most general sense of the term. We want to be
known as the “Company that does everything well”.
When we measure the
quality of the Company, we shall measure the quality of its organization
and administration, the quality of its business decisions, the quality of
its treatment of its Employees, Customers and Suppliers and the quality of
the products and services we provide.
We have set lofty goals
to build a quality company, but we have to come to terms with the fact
that this is a real world and there will always be a gap between where we
are and where we want to be. No matter how good our products are, there
are always going to be ways the quality can be made better. What must be
visible to everybody, inside and outside the company, is that IMPROVEMENT
is constantly taking place—even though this may not always be fast enough
to satisfy everybody—which in itself is healthy and good
MARKETING AND SELLING
We will not
misrepresent our products to the Customer and we will not claim what we
cannot deliver. We will not over-promise, just to get an order.
Our products must be so
excellent that no exaggeration will be needed in demonstrating that they
are the best. It is the responsibility of Marketing to see that this is
initiated.
We will treat our Sales
force with honesty and courtesy. Whether they are Partners,
Representatives, Distributors or Agents they are our strong right arm in
the territory in which they operate, they are our eyes and ears and they
are the custodians of our reputation and we expect them to embrace our own
ethics when dealing with their Customers, who are OUR Customers.
SUPPLIERS
Sydnic will seek to
develop long term and supportive relationships with its suppliers. Where
the climate is right and where we have established a comfortable
relationship with a supplier, we will be prepared to enter into a “single
source” arrangement with them, fully recognizing the mutual benefits that
can be the result there from.
We will work closely
with our suppliers to ensure that they understand our requirements and are
committed to the same levels of quality that we are.
